1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on nagad88.vip. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering at nagad88.vip, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nagad88.vip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. nagad88.vip will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your nagad88.vip account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform when available.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

nagad88.vip supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your nagad88.vip balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• nagad88.vip does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of approval. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• nagad88.vip reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nagad88.vip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses at nagad88.vip are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

D&T Ranking Prizes

Cash prizes awarded through the nagad88.vip D&T Ranking leaderboard are credited as real money and are not subject to wagering requirements. These prizes can be withdrawn immediately, subject to the standard withdrawal minimums and verification requirements outlined in Section 4.

Bonus Abuse

nagad88.vip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nagad88.vip — including Slots, Go Rush, Baseball, Super Bingo, Space Max, Ezugi Live dealer tables, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or by nagad88.vip.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available to players on request.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance.
• nagad88.vip reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, and exploit techniques.
• For live dealer games powered by Ezugi, the rules of the specific game variant apply in addition to these general Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on nagad88.vip. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on nagad88.vip.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use nagad88.vip for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nagad88.vip staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that nagad88.vip reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

nagad88.vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nagad88.vip reserves the right to void any remaining balance, including real money funds, if those funds are reasonably believed to be connected to the breach. In all other cases of account closure, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your nagad88.vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

9 Responsible Gaming
